How to play Trick-or-Treat
Place player pieces on the board by any house except the Haunted House #13
This game is for three or more players. Choose a player to go first
Roll one die. Move your piece along the street in any direction, trying to land on a house by exact count.
You may skip houses or return to ones you've already visited
When players land in front of a house they must first spin the arrow
If the arrow lands on TREAT, they get a piece of candy from the dish for their bag
Players MUST remember to say "thank you" for candy before the next player's turn,
or else lose a piece of candy to the player who catches them
If the arrow lands on TRICK, they must take a Trick card and do as it says then return it under the deck
Whenever a player lands in front of, or is sent to, the Haunted House #13, they get a ghost instead of candy
Take a ghost piece. Roll one die to determine if you have a good or bad ghost. 1-3 = good ghost / 4-6 = bad ghost
Good ghost - The player gets to roll twice at the start of each turn and choose which roll to use
Bad ghost - The player moves along the street backwards only on odd rolls and forward only on even rolls.
If you already have a ghost, the two must fight to see who stays and who goes. Roll 1-3 to keep your first ghost
Roll 4-6 to get the new ghost. You will need to determine if it is a good or bad ghost before the next player's turn
Once a player goes home, or is sent home, all other players must go back to their own homes by the shortest route
Once everyone is home, the player with the most candy wins the game
